Seeder Bridging Loans Ltd Companies House Registration Number 13946858 is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority FRN 979733 (for money laundering only / not regulated for lending). We provide unregulated bridging loans most commonly used by intermediaries, property investors, developers and landlords.

Even though we are registered with the FCA, you won’t have access to the Financial Service Ombudsman Scheme if you want to complain, and you won’t be protected by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS). We are a member of FIBA (The Finance Intermediary & Broker Association).
